My experience with the customer service over the phone this morning was excellent! Unfortunately I forgot his name, but wanted to leave a remark of how impressed I was. Had a great experience yesterday with getting new shoes insoles, and socks - awesome service from Ahmed! Yes, it sounds like a lot but I felt no pressure at all to get anything - I just knew what I needed. I tended to always get wide width because I needed them, but Ahmed pulled several "normal" width shoes that actually worked out great! Had my first workout in my Adidas Crazytrains right after I got home from the store, and so far so good!! Also, knowing I have 90 days to try everything out is icing on the cake �
Absolutely fantastic experience! This was the most in-depth gait analysis I’ve ever had and a left with the perfect new kicks. I’ll be back and will bring my friends and family!
Thanks to Corey for the exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgable about each brand of shoe and took the time to put the customs inserts in each pair so I got the true feel of the shoes before making a purchase. I'll definitely return to Road Runner for my next pair. Also, thanks for Ben for doing a great job with fitting me for the inserts.
