Visited this store after my massage therapist, Lynda, suggested it. When I arrived on a Saturday they were pretty busy but William approached me quickly and began assisting me while still assisting the family that was there before me. He answered all of my questions and showed me some great shoes I never would have tried on my own! He also said I might be wearing a half-size larger shoe than I should be. First time customer here. Lagea greeted us as soon as we walked in. I explained what I was looking for and she had me do a fit test for shoes as well as insoles in case I wanted them too. The test was quick and she then was able to pull the recommended shoes. She was patient, friendly, answered my million questions and gave great recommendations. In the end I walked out with great shoes and insoles that made me feel like I was walking on a cloud. Will definitely be back again! Thank you Lagea!

Nicole provided exceptional assistance during my visit. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy and allowed me to explore options at my own pace. The loyalty program looks decent and worth joining. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be returning for all my running needs.

Fantastic staff, and only place I go to get my running shoes for my family. They have a great selection and great prices, especially if you sign up for their loyalty program. Had a pair of shoes that fell apart after only a handful of uses and they swapped it out. No questions asked. Also, love the custom orthotics, have purchased over six pairs for the family. Will be coming back soon!

My family of 5 including 3 cross country HS runners love coming to this store and location. Customer service is always top notch and they have always been helpful with concerns. We got the custom inserts and they truly helped. Get the VIP membership - pays for itself very quickly if you buy more than one pair of running shoes in a year. Their 90 day return policy has saved us a few times with growing teens and trouble finding what shoes are best for the trails.
