Today I stopped by after work, of course I was wearing work uniform. I was looking for crossfit tennis and trail tennis, they just looked me and nobody asked me if I need help. I spent 30min looking around assuming they were helping another customers, but it wasn't that case. When I walked out of the store , another customer walk in and less than minute he was helped. First time there.
A few weeks ago, I purchased a pair of custom insoles. I really had expected a much better fit. I'm not on the VIP program because I don't buy running shoes and most shoes very often. Your insoles had been recommended by my physical therapist so I was really expecting them to help with my prone arch problem on my left foot. Like a couple others said, only takes one bad experience; unfortunately this was my last one. I've been a loyal customer for years. One of the great things I enjoyed was due to my picky feet(plantar fasciitis) and being on my feet all day as a teacher, road runners has always let me return shoes even after wearing; last time it was oh we can only give you store credit bc u already wore the shoes. I'm now short 147 dollars and extremely disappointed.

It was very disappointing to see how this one female employee treated us. I felt we were treated very poorly.
I've been a loyal customer bought my last three pairs of running shoes here- with shoe fit and insoles every time. I went in today told them I don't think I need another shoe fit and insoles. Then their big smiles disappeared and attitude switched dramatically, didn't change even I end up bought insoles anyway. The staff was impatient with blank face and the guy brought me shoes didn't help at all even didn't show up before I decided to just go to check out myself. Very suprised (or not) to see that RRS has just erased ALL of the reviews since 2014 as so may were negative including the one I left last week. I am a hall of fame martial artist and had a terrible buying experience with them this month on line. Beware.
