They measure your feet! They video you walking on a treadmill to see how your feet are landing. They make the Inserts measured to your feet. Then you try on several pairs of sneakers properly matched to your feet. Very nice service! Nice store! (Also has discounted shoes in the back for you to try cheaper!!) Highly recommend it!

Tracy at the King of Prussia store is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Had a great experience getting my feet fitted and found the perfect running shoes. Highly recommend.
I have mixed feelings about RRS. Pro: They have the largest selection around and what they don’t have in-store, they can order from their online dept and have it shipped to you or to the store for pickup. Con: Beware of VIP membership. It auto renews without reminder or warning. This week RRS tried charging my husbands debit card for it. Bank fraud declined it. RRS tried every day for several days and my husband had to cancel his debit per bank fraud dept advice and get a new one. This morning, RRS charged my ViSA instead ... read more
