Mixed feelings on my experience...the staff was tremendously helpful and I was impressed with the technology to find the right shoes and custom insoles (5 stars). But when they made the insoles, he pulled up on my toes so much, I pulled a tendon (1 star). Two days later, I can barely walk and needless to say - no long run.
