I looked on the website this Sunday 6.16.22 and the site indicated that the store was open until 7 pm. I drove 20 minutes to the store and arrived right before 6. I entered the store and started looking at shoes. A staff person walked up to me and said "we are closed at 6 today because of staff shortage...look at the sign on the door." I told him I had not seen the sign and I had arrived before 6. He still asked me to leave and refused to help me. Unprofessional and inconsiderate staff. I waited 15min for someone to acknowledge I was in the store. Then the person that finally spoke to me could have cared less about actually helping me. The staff member actually walked away to check someone else out in the middle of talking with me. After wasting about 30min of my day I left without running shoes. I am pretty sure no one even noticed I left, because no one really cared I was there in the first place.
They make you pay for shipping back even if you are only exchanging! for size! their managers online will not return your calls. This is unacceptable and will never do business with them again.
I just went to Road Runner for the first time this morning m. I am leaving after 1 hour without shoes. The folks working are very nice, just way under-staffed. The person helping me was also trying to help 5 to 10 other people with a wide variety of questions and needs all at the same time. I reluctantly hit the limit of my patience after 1 hour.
