friendly staff, fun events
I went in to support a friend with a fundraiser expecting just to walk in and purchase some new shoes. The customer service was exceptional and they spent over an hour with me. They checked my gait and the arches of my feet as well as many other aspects to help find the best shoe fit for my running style. They showed me many different shoes that work well with my feet and gait. I ended up purchasing a couple of very well fitted pairs of shoes. I would highly recommend the Green Lake store.

I'm a keen runner and a trainer geek but I was still impressed with the selection of trainers at Road Runner Sports. They stock the latest editions of all the top brands – definitely the best running store I've visited in the Seattle area.
The staff was quick to help me and did a wonderful job answering my questions, meeting my needs and helping me brainstorm/problem solve. Highly recommend the custom insoles.
