I always appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff at Greenlake roadrunner. I like to pop in now and then to see the new styles. Andrew helped me today and had answers to all of my questions and gave me a few shoes to try out. I was contemplating trying another brand over my go to asics gt-2000s over some brooks, but ultimately felt the asics were a better fit for me. Amazing store for runners, the staff is amazing and you can get your fit tested without making an appointment. Their return policy is amazing and they are always open to help.

I went in soon after opening today to look for a new pair of running shoes. Nolan helped me with the running assessment and was able to get me fitted with a few selections of shoes. The assessment went very quickly and Nolan thoroughly explained everything that was going on with the data. I was not picky on the looks of the shoe and was just looking for the right fit shoe. I have been a loyal Road Runner customer for decades because I can always count on finding the best shoe for me. As a VIP member, I have amazing flexibility to try shoes and bring them back if they don’t work. Today, I received exceptional service from Scott at the Greenlake location, who spent time getting to know my feet and making recommendations that I wouldn’t have discovered on my own (leading to me finding the PERFECT shoes for me). Great knowledgeable friendly sales staff and manager. They went the extra mile to ensure I ended up with the best shoes for me. They even molded two sets of custom insoles so I could get the most comfortable fit! Love this store!
