I reordered my custom insoles online. Once they arrived & I wore them a couple days I realized something was wrong. I went to the Falls Church location & Morgan helped me exchange them for a new pair. This was a great experience, despite the online insoles not arriving accurately.

I had a wonderful experience there yesterday. Not only did I walk away with an incredible shoe, when a member of the staff accidentally didn't include part of my order in the bag, the manager had someone drive all the way to my house to ensure I had what I needed in time for my morning run. Now that's customer service! Talk about going the extra mile. :-)
