The crew led by Danny was amazing! They were polite, considerate, gentle with furniture and were willing to go above and beyond what was required. They were also quick and efficient in getting everything done! Would absolutely recommend them!
We contacted Roadway Moving at the recommendation of a family member who had a great experience with them. We are happy to report we had a similar experience! Our team, Jose A**** Johnny M*** and Anthony, were completely professional and managed every detail perfectly. They were all polite and had wonderful attitudes. Flawless on all levels! Fantastic experience! I have moved many times, and never have I felt as at ease as I did with Veteran Movers/Roadway! Roman, Julio and Abdul were wonderful - so efficient and hard working, kind and a pleasure to interact with. Very happy with the service provided by Roadway Moving. Our consultant, Ken, was very helpful. Scheduling an on-site estimate was going to be challenging, but as soon as Ken found out our apartment was for sale and pictures were on real estate sites, he pulled up the pics and evaluated each piece of furniture. Moving is such a dreaded task and on the morning of, my husband and I were anxious but as soon as we were greeted by Richard S***** I felt the weight lifted. He was so courteous, informative of the process and instructed me to go have a coffee and let his team do the work!!!! I couldn’t believe how comfortable he made me feel in a matter of minutes. After 5 moves in New York this was the best yet. Great customer service with Ken C*** at the Roadway office. He helped diligently with the whole planning process and was always available to answer questions. Helped us get a great rate as well. Then when it came to the move Richard S***** and his team were amazing!!! Right on time even for an afternoon move, very efficient and finished quickly. Would recommend Richard and his team to everyone. All in all a very smooth process...
