Terrible. They lost many of my items. I had to go to brinks warehouse (not a pretty sight) and find items MYSELF! And then moved to ********** and they lost more items, only retrieving them after weeks, if not months, of requesting. Set up meetings and didnt show up - once when I went to the Bronx from Manhattan. Tried to change fees while moving. Completely dishonest. This review can absolutely be verified - they also charge you high storage fees and make it almost impossible for you to retrieve items.
Worst movers I have ever used in 30 years! They "lost" a $3,000 mirror in an inter-building move!! Their "packing" service consists of guys throwing things in boxes with items everywhere. If I do one good thing in life, it will be saving someone from using this terrible company.
