1 Star Have had a rocky experience in which has affected my pet and I in a bad way. Staff is not welcoming or supportive nor do they seem to hold any true emotion or care for. If I cannot feel welcome, how am I supposed to trust that my pet will be too? My pet has had bad reactions to medication given (which I was told would not happen) and since I cannot feel comfortable with staff we will not be going back and will transfer to a new vet.
Won’t be going back. Got charged $1,200 for them to tell my fiancé her cat was constipated and they expected payment on the spot. Got a second opinion without any information given for $75. Crooks

I brought my 15 year old cat to be seen and I knew it was best to have her euthanized. They traumatized her during her final moments by masking her head and inserting the needle by pulling her arthritic leg straight forward. I had 4 other cats same age or older in the last few years euthanized at my previous vet and it was a calming loving experience for them. My wife tried to call this place this morning, because your cat was in labor. We needed to know if her behavior was normal, and what exactly we need to look for. The lady that my wife talked to asked if our cat had been a patient with them. My wife explained to her that we had recently moved here from Lynchburg, and hadnt picked out a vet yet.
