Rob was very helpful and made sure we were informed every step along the way. He was very responsive and made sure we were aware of all documents that were needed. Rob also helped ensure we were able to close smoothly by helping us figure out how to deal with a last minute snag. The main area for improvement was through the portal/documentation process--there were some mixups on some of our accounts that were slightly frustrating to work through.
