Dr. Fransoso did a wonderful job of preparing and installing my new crown. The whole process was as painless as dentistry gets, and she was careful and thorough with all aspects of it. She is clearly continuing to make this clinic a very happy workplace. (Not sure about who assisted her - it was Karen, an older and very expert woman who was partially retired.)
