I spoke with Mr. T Monteiro for nearly 2 hours. As a person who trained customer service for a fortune 500 company using in depth tools to engage listen answer build loyalty and close. Forgot how to spell his first name only because i was in a rush to rate and review how well he did. My personal opinion; give him a raise.
I was in the process of signing with another lawyer but the proactive and ambitious nature of this law office exemplified through the associate I dealt with named Thierry, completely changed my mind.
