RecommendedI received great customer service when I called in and asked several questions about my situation. Jeannette was able to quickly and efficiently answer all of my questions.
After getting the runaround by so many lawyers and not having the proper information to handle my accident or even to start a claim I was finally directed to Rob Levine's office. One of his Representatives Lidia was amazing, i give them 5 stars. Best customer service I ever had. They're willing to hit the insurance companies hard for my injuries an my losses for me to be compensated properly.
I really have no idea how all this work's so I was kinda nervous about calling today but the woman I got on the phone whose name was Kayla was so helpful she made me feel like it was no big deal she helped me through everything just truly made me feel comfortable I couldn't have asked for a better person to pick up the phone I recommend Rob Levine and Associates to anybody thank you very much for being so compassionate thank you Kayla

I had gotten into an accident and was lost. My own insurance company was saying it was my fault! I called into Gersie who was beyond understanding and patient with me. Through me crying and complaining she explained everything to me calmly and made sure I understood everything. She even stayed on the phone with me while I filled out the necessary documents.
