I received great customer service when I called in and asked several questions about my situation. Jeannette was able to quickly and efficiently answer all of my questions.
After getting the runaround by so many lawyers and not having the proper information to handle my accident or even to start a claim I was finally directed to Rob Levine's office. One of his Representatives Lidia was amazing, i give them 5 stars. Best customer service I ever had. They're willing to hit the insurance companies hard for my injuries an my losses for me to be compensated properly.

I had gotten into an accident and was lost. My own insurance company was saying it was my fault! I called into Gersie who was beyond understanding and patient with me. Through me crying and complaining she explained everything to me calmly and made sure I understood everything. She even stayed on the phone with me while I filled out the necessary documents.
