RecommendedI had gotten into an accident and was lost. My own insurance company was saying it was my fault! I called into Gersie who was beyond understanding and patient with me. Through me crying and complaining she explained everything to me calmly and made sure I understood everything. She even stayed on the phone with me while I filled out the necessary documents.
