The process was easy and everyone was very helpful.
The upload site was well organized. I personally had some issues with some documents because our household does not have a scanner. It would have been great to have all the documents provide an option for on-line signing. I understand, though, that some documents had to have an original signature so it would be helpful to provide an option to mail in those documents. All the staff we worked with were helpful and pleasant. Financing in itself can be a stressful process.
