Very easy, simple and fast to get the paperwork done. Explained the paperwork and set my mind at ease
When I met Rob I liked his personality and his ability to communicate with people. The other people in his office were very courteous. The office is very clean and well put together I found it comfortable to be in. Rob and his team did pretty good at getting back to me in a timely fashion with answers to my questions. I will definitely use his services again.

Mostly good experience. Rob failed to communicate when I reached out the week prior to the closing. He should have had a colleague respond rather than waiting until 5:00 pm the Friday before closing. putting me in a very stressful situation. This was the only setback in an otherwise good experience and I already have recommended you to 2 friends.
Rob makes it to the finish line when other lenders fall short. This guy is a Rockstar!
