Everyone's mortgage requirements are unique, but our's had some real challenges. I'm a self employed investor with hard to verify income. We had found the right home at a favorable price, but we had to close quickly. Rob, Kathryn and staff put in the time and effort that helped us close on time. This is the 5th home I've purchased; add in a few refinances and I've had a lot of different mortgages. Despite the special challenges of this mortgage it was probably the easiest one yet for us.
My loan was approved quickly, the staff were professional and kept me constantly updated.

The whole team at VIP was fantastic. They were able to guide me when I needed it and were able to help me through all the steps of financing while I was 1,000 miles away. I only had to be there for the signing. It probably couldn't have happened without that kind of support.
