I found Rob through a friend of mine. I was already stressed out by the Situation I was in. I had heard that buying a house or refinancing a home was a headache, but Rob made it so easy I wasn't stressed out at all he handled everything for me from start to finish and made buying an my 1st house so easy. Rob is great to work with. He is what you would call a Nice Guy; easy to talk to and very professional. His calm demeanor made buying a home at my very advanced age a little less scary. He explained complicated terms that I was unfamiliar with patiently.

Rob is a very patient man. We had several questions about our closing documents, sometimes even on a Saturday evening, and he answered all our concerns. There was one particular time during our year long efforts to buy a new home when we had a misunderstanding concerning a certain fee. Rob brought it up a couple of times and I voiced my concerns over the fee; in the end though Rob took care of it and it wasn't an issue any longer. Rob Trump is a stand-up guy.

Once we found the house we've always wanted, the rest was easy due to the professionalism and efficiency of our lender Rob Trump. Explained everything in black and white up front about any up front costs friendly and down to earth. We loved working with him and everyone involved in the buying process. Working with Rob was a great experience. Under the circumstances, it was a difficult time for me with selling and finding a home. Rob made sure everything followed the timeline and we could close on time, even with the holdups from the other parties. He answered all my questions and made the entire process a lot less confusing. I will definitely work with him again in the future!
