Guaranteed Rate was super helpful in walking me through the process. My only hesitation is that I was discouraged from using first time homebuyer grants, and the reason never quite felt clear. Best case scenario its a grant of $9,000, worst case scenario it's an interest free loan that would need repayment if I moved or sold.
