We have used Robbins to clean and maintain our furnace for years. Very satisfied in all respects. *** and *******
DOES NOT CHECK THEIR OWN WORK! I paid for regular checkup and ended up also paying for their recommended replacement of my contactor on the ** unit. After the work was done, I had to leave for an errand and came back to a HOT house, only to find that the tech did NOT turn my thermostat back on. He didn't tell me that I needed to do it, so basically, they're ok with leaving the customer in a lurch and NOT taking responsibility. On December 16th, 2021 I had robbins heating and air conditioning come out to reinstall a swamp cooler that had been blown off during a storm. Unbeknownst to me but apparent to the technician, the swamp cooler had been damaged and will need to be replaced. Without my authorization, they knowingly installed the damaged swamp cooler, which will ultimately need to be uninstalled. On December 5, 2019 we called Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning to service our furnace due to it not responding to our programmed thermostat temperature. They cleaned the flame sensor for a charge of $89.00. February 13, 2020 Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning came out AGAIN due to the furnace/thermostat not maintaining the programmed temperature.
