McKay was always here for us when we had questions, guiding us thru the whole process from choosing a unit, pricing, installation. I am so pleased with the technicians who work for Robbins Heating & AC! Ray J. came today and got my swamp cooler ready for the summer. I had purchased the pads for the swamp cooler and they turned out to be the wrong size so I needed to rush to go get the right size. I was in such a hurry that I started backing out of my driveway without opening the gate. Thankfully, Ray ran and opened it for me so I was impressed with him right away. Had a home humidifier installed in my home. From the time I initially talked to Brenda (always the most pleasant telephone voice and so helpful) to Richard who did a walk-through to determine type of humidifier and possible location, to installers Bubba & Dakota and finally Dee who relocated the humistat, I have been very impressed!
