We were told that our next mortgage payment was not going to need to be paid but it was auto drafted per usual because no one told us we were responsible for canceling the auto draft. I had assumed after being told we wouldn’t owe April’s mortgage payment that it would not have been taken out because our previous loan was to be paid off already. That was not the case and our regularly scheduled payment was taken out.
We were lucky to be introduced to Robby, he was able to understand our need and he immediately guided is throughout the process. He made whole buying the house process so easy
