The FHA appraiser injured his back and unfortunately due to that injury was not able to provide the appraisal in a timely manner. Once Robby and his team received the appraisal, they worked diligently to finalize everything so we could close on the scheduled date. This was above and beyond working a normal business day to complete this task. Robby's and his teams efforts were greatly appreciated.
