Rob gave us options and explained everything. I had so many questions about points, money to bring to closing, insurance, etc. I cannot thank him enough of what he did for me and my family. His whole team was on the same page the whole time, it went so smoothly. The amount of questions that I had was ridiculous at times (sometime asking the same question twice), but Rob answered all of them in a way that I understood. I will be highly recommending him to friend and family.
