My loan officer Jason Woodard was very responsive which is important to me. Any question or concern I had during my home buying process was answered or addressed in timely manner. If Jason didn?? answer his phone if I called, he made to sure to call back very quickly. He was very informative and very clear on how he explained things to me as well.
