It went great. The Robersons were terrific to work with. The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up my yard etc. completely afterward. The roof looks fantastic. Very reasonable price in my opinion. Entire roof replacement
I have used Roberson Roofing before. From their customer service when I first called, to the estimate visit, to the final work, I would rate them excellent in every aspect. The owner of the company graciously came out earlier than their usual hours to assess the damage and work up the estimate, to accommodate my work schedule. It went well; I called up and asked for an estimate, which was within 10%, and received a timely assessment. The roof was scheduled for repair in September. It was bumped up on the list to the end of July because the roof had begun to leak. I gave them a B on price simply because (I'm Cheap) of the cost of the wood was relatively expensive, but I fail to ask what they charge, so I was a little taken back with the price, along with the additional labor, but all is well. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. The new roof was installed in 2 days and completed promptly. All personnel (sales, installers, follow up) were very helpful and polite, and answered all my questions. The work was completed with very little disruption and/or noise considering the work. The installers were very organized and did not leave any discarded materials. I think they a very good job of cleaning up and picking up old nails, roofing materials.
