Calem worked with us to jump all of the hurdles in our mortgage process. We came across a lot of problems and he was very informative and taught us a lot, and he helped us to work through them.

He kept us informed; gave advice that was helpful; and worked to keep the Title Company moving, (which got hung up several times due to COVID, our Survey and other issues). We felt like he secured a great rate for us on our 30 year VA loan and are grateful for his efforts to help us.
Calem always pushed to get us what we needed, for close to a year of pre-approval letters to make offers, to a super smooth closing experience when we finally found the right home, to finding solutions for us when closing was delayed due to weather and I had to be out of town. We are so appreciative of all his, and his teams, help!
