It was a pleasure to work with Bob. He was knowledgeable, attentive and easy to work with. He was almost always available to answer the phone and answer my questions and got back to me quickly if he was not able to answer right away. I had a great experience with Bob. He is very responsive to any questions that came up along the way, even as I considered other lenders. Bob ended up taking over my loan and was patient as I navigated some frustrating complications with another lender. As delays occurred, I was worried it would take too long to close, but he was able to work through unexpected changes and quick turnover times.
