After shopping for a couple of months for the refinance rate and terms I was looking for Go mortgage was the only company that was able to make it possible. The whole process is quite lengthy and Robert was great and the processor was helpful. The only thing I have as a feedback is Robert‚Äôs manager as she said my loan will be declined due to DTI without suggestions other alternative options. I am working in the same field. So I asked Robert to change from the 15 years to 30 years to make the deal work. My loan closed yesterday. Please give the consumers some options because they reply on you as expert.
