I broke my foot and was referred to Dr. Mills by a friend. It wasn't an easy experience for me but Dr. Mills took the time to explain the issue and the healing process. He was forthright, honest and explained things in a way that I could fully understand what was going on with my foot. I looked forward to seeing him and his staff at Holy Cross Orthopedics. Everyone is professional and efficient. If you have foot or ankle issues, Dr. Mills is an awesome doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

I felt so educated and confident in Dr. Mills. The negative reviews i saw when I decided to write this are a bit of a shocker. I would recommend him and his practice highly and with vigor. In fact, the entire staff made me feel confident I was in great and competent company.
The visit started out well; I was impressed that he was very knowledgeable. He explained my x-rays thoroughly. A nurse was present. When we were close to the end of the examination, I asked a simple, question about wearing a certain pair of my shoes. At that point he became arrogant and condescending, and began TALKING TO THE NURSE ABOUT ME, AS IF I WASN'T THERE. I can only describe his remarks as dismissive and condescending. I would highly recommend Dr. Mills to anyone needing foot/ankle surgery. He took time to explain everything prior to surgery and in my follow appointments
Excellent surgeon. Performed 3 foot surgeries on me, two bunion repairs and one elective hardware removal. All went very well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled foot surgeon.
Dr.Mills is very professional. He does not rush to suggest surgery, giving you all options to your situation. I am very comfortable following his suggestions. He’s also a great listener and never rushes you. I highly recommend him!

You give the time not only to me but my husband. Thank you for operating on my foot and fixing it for me. I know I have a long recovery but I’m confident in you to get me through it.
