I have gotten a mortgage with Rob Myers several times (first with Rob was 20 years ago) and I am impressed every time. He clearly understands and explains every step and hurdle, is very punctual and dependable. When Rob says he is going to do something it gets done.

Robert and Guaranteed Rate were a pleasure to work. GR has a streamlined process with and incredibly efficient online/digital process. Robert was up front and direct with the process and fees. Robert, worked hard to find us the best rates available and came through with what was quoted. Our closing was incredibly easy and fell sooner than anticipated.

I purchased a new home in Nov 2018 and was going to go with the builder's in-house refi partner. I thought that they would offer a very competitive package since they partner with the builder. I had heard horror stories from friends when buying their first home and how difficult it is to go through the loan process.
