As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure I was getting the best rate available in the market for me. Robert was very patient and supportive in guiding us through the entire process of loan purchase and let us know what options were available to us. Found Robert on the internet because he had such great reviews and couldn't be happier we did! He was honest and transparent from start to finish. Would highly recommend his services. Rob was definitely the right lender for me. He was always easy to get a hold of, and was able to answer all of my questions. The process was so smooth that we actually moved our closing to a week sooner than initially scheduled, and it went off without a hitch -- and Rob was at the closing table just in case. Rob did an amazing job with our home purchase. We recently moved from California to Colorado and weren't sure what to expect with the home buying process. Our own real estate broker and the title company were a disaster, and Rob was the adult in the room, making sure that everything was processed properly, correcting all parties along the way. I have gotten a mortgage with Rob Myers several times (first with Rob was 20 years ago) and I am impressed every time. He clearly understands and explains every step and hurdle, is very punctual and dependable. When Rob says he is going to do something it gets done.

Robert, worked hard to find us the best rates available and came through with what was quoted. Our closing was incredibly easy and fell sooner than anticipated.
