I have been a patient here since 2019. I was first seen for a problem that was very scary for me and I have stayed because of the excellent care I receive here! Dr. Tovey is wonderful! He is informative, thorough, professional and yet, he still maintains the human side of health care. I went to the Independence location for a surgical evaluation. Everyone was very kind and courteous with smiles on their faces. Dr. Parsons was very informative and helped me understand my situation and my options. Patti helped me understand the surgical process and the pricing. And Ms. Kim at the front desk helped me to not only sign in, but she also went out of her way to help me try to secure an appointment at another location. Everyone was very nice! Thank you for a great experience.
All of the staff and doctors were friendly, kind and made me feel at ease for my procedure. It was very quick and they were very professional and followed up with a willingness to answer any questions I had! Highly recommend for anyone looking into getting lasik and/or smile surgery!
This organization is fantastic. A friendly reception introduced me to Technician Sara a very effective and efficient individual. Dr. Parson followed with excellent information and exam. Dr. Doan completed the examination process, answered my questions and suggested the best corrective plan for my vision. Then on to scheduling where Cyndi was great with planning and discussions of what to expect. I am thrilled with my treatment at this facility.
Dr. Dawson was awesome! He knew exactly how to address my problems, and he clearly explained and outlined the steps we would take to address them. I also appreciated Becca's professionalism and friendliness. They both provided an exceptional care experience.
