Robert made sure to respond quickly to every small question we had. This is our first home, and he went over many options and helped guide us effortlessly through the obstacles of the process. Of everyone we dealt with through KB, Robert and the rest of the finance team (Renelle and Rita) were BY FAR the most professional, straightforward, and accurate people we dealt with.

Robert has not only been an exceptional loan officer but has gone above and beyond (Buzz Lightyear!!?). Seriously tho' all of our dealings with Robert were very clear and efficent and he was ALWAYS there toaddress any concerns we had during the loan process. He has continued to help us after the sale when encountering several issues that we needed immediate help with! His responses to our queries were extremely timely and I highly recommend him!
