Communication, if I needed to speak instead of texting he always made himself available...
I would have liked final loan amount at least 3-4 days before close in order to arrange wire transfer more easily.the loan people said the loan was approved by I had no communication with the closing people without bugging them. Jayne Cavanaugh in loan department was very helpful and very kind. As an out of state buyer I was especially pleased with communication with building supervisor, Fidel.
Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond. This experience was the most pleasant part of the buying processes. He acted as the liason between us and the Builders when there was a breakdown in communication.
Roberts counsel made this transaction possible for me. My situation was not conventional. I had actually been turned away by 4 other lenders in my quest to purchase a home for my family. I gave all the same information and explained everything the same way but they still said no. Robert actually listened to me and sorted through the details. Without his vision it wouldn't have happened. Where everyone else saw complexity and complications, he saw a puzzle with all the pieces and assembled it.
Robert made the process very easy. Answered my questions every time and he was very easy to reach by phone or email.
Working with Jayne the loan processor was a pleasure. She made the process easy. Robert was pleasant and easy to work with.
Overall had good communication and made the process smooth
Frustrating at times no body tell me all is involved bu at end works out , that is excellent l thanks to Tristan Benet,Jane karnavaug & Robert Reber and all of you gray job thanks
