I would have liked final loan amount at least 3-4 days before close in order to arrange wire transfer more easily.the loan people said the loan was approved by I had no communication with the closing people without bugging them. Jayne Cavanaugh in loan department was very helpful and very kind. As an out of state buyer I was especially pleased with communication with building supervisor, Fidel.

Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond. This experience was the most pleasant part of the buying processes. He acted as the liason between us and the Builders when there was a breakdown in communication.

Roberts counsel made this transaction possible for me. My situation was not conventional. I had actually been turned away by 4 other lenders in my quest to purchase a home for my family. I gave all the same information and explained everything the same way but they still said no. Robert actually listened to me and sorted through the details.
