Bob Sims was very unprofessional. Would ask for documents over the phone but not send emails with a list of what was needed. He would also talk down to you and was very condescending. I would not use it this mortgage company because of my experience with Bob Sims I didn’t even receive a text that my closing documents were up for e- sign. Even after I specifically said text was the easiest way to reach me. Very unprofessional, would not recommend
