After dealing with two other banks. One that couldn’t get it done in 7 months and another one that didnt want to take it due to issues with a bankruptcy. I will say Roberto was a godsend. Always replied back and confirmed any issues asap. Even on weekend. I can say i a great experience
Bob did great through an incredibly challenging large estate in one of the busiest Refi times in history. Highly recommended for larger estate refinancing situations. Great contact management and issue mitigation.
