When we had our settlement we asked why we couldn't get a lower Interest Rate than 3 %. The Settlement person asked if we asked Mr. Tottorici. We said no, we were not informed that it was a possibility to get a 2 or 2.5% rate. We have an excellent credit score. Disappointed that we weren't informed that we could get a lower rate.
