Roberts Plumbing was contracted by Almont Homes. We purchased a home by Almont and discovered issues with our fiberglass tub. Roberts Plumbing tried to “fix” or “patch” our broken tub with no avail. Now, after they’ve said that they would make it right, they refuse to respond to our emails, phone calls and requests. We’ve waited patiently through Covid related excuses and two years for them to replace our broken tub. Do not use Roberts Plumbing. They will screw you.
I hired Robert's Plumbing to come fix a leaking valve at my house. They showed up and replaced the valve with what seemed to be a easy process. My wife took a shower that night and the valve was not installed correctly and caused her to burn her back severely. I called them and they made an appointment to send out a tech to correct it.
