if you are looking for a response or an update on your pool issue....look somewhere else. if you don't mind waiting and hearing nothing from them, then they are for you. for my example, I was told that my down pool would be fixed on Monday morning....it's now 2 days later and I have yet to hear anything from them with an update. This is the kind of contracting company you fear having to deal with. We contracted them to remodel our pool and backyard. The project started in 8/2014 and is nearly finished in 3/2015. That is seven months when we were told to expect about 6 weeks. The source of the problem with them is lack of project management and a contract that permits them to be paid fully before the work is done leaving the customer with little leverage to get a job done correctly. Dishonesty reigns at Robertson Pools!!! They used low quality flag stone on my pool and sold us on a salt chlorination system. The stone on the entire pool is falling part and flaking into the pool. They have a one line statement in our contract not recommending not using salt systems with flag stone. Court filing may be my only option to get them to live up to their promises. The estimate to have repaired is over $14K

I didn't have a pool built but I am the unfortunate neighbor to someone that did. Let me start by saying that the project is still in process after 3 months. While digging the hole they hit my house with the machine damaging the fence and the roof. They did not inform anyone and I only discovered it while doing yard work. They did not request utility locations and cut our phone lines twice. I have contacted their company by phone and email twice without a response. I am going to their office tomorrow.
