We were interviewing real estate agents prior to listing our home and Alicia came and was so energetic that we liked her from the start. She was the only agent to sit down with us and tell us exactly what she would do for us to earn her commission. All other agents basically just said we charge 3% commission and this is what we should list your house at, end of story. No one makes it happen like Michelle. Her knowledge of the Main Line/Philadelphia market is second to none. I trust no one else to handle our real estate needs.

Terrible experience with Robin and Michael. They are super attentive until you sign the agreement with them, then barely return your calls (Robin is the queen of the one word text response). And they lied to us multiple times. Ask around. Almost everyone who has dealt with them thinks they are slimy.

I had to fire Robin Gordon because she takes on a zillion listings and does a really half-hearted job on ALL of them. She might have a name brand, but go find yourself an agent that will spend more than 15 minutes on your property. Robin just does absolutely nothing and sits back waiting for buyers to come to her. And even when buyers show up, she does NOTHING to follow up with their agents. In other words, she has no desire to do her job. Use anyone else but Robin Gordon!!
