Why would any office of sales agent, broker or financial officer offer to loan a couple money they clearly knew would not qualify. As said parent of this child, we offered to help them as a co signer. This impacts our credit as well as the entire process of signing documents, showing how we are related to the POA rush was disastrous. The only good thing was we were able to close on the loan and our children now are in a new home.

He told us we would be in our house by the end of July. We wasn't!he told us we qualified for a rule development loan and we didn't! Had a bunch of trouble with gettin a final closing cost and when asked why it was taking so long he blamed the sellers attorney and come to find out it was he's people that dropped the ball.. set to close on Thursday at 3 pm and the Tuesday before wanted to change it to 10am and expected us to just be able to get off work. I didn't get my final closing cast until
