He has a professional team who cares about the work they do. They are especially thorough when It comes to prep which is the most important part of the job. Jose Roca was a Project Manager for a different painting company before and I was happy to see he started his own business. His great work helped me sell a house in a week!
I live in Vermont and have property I lease in NC. It is always a struggle to find good contractors you can trust to do a excellent job while living so far away. I Called Jose and asks if he had time during my short visit south to came and give me an estimate, within 24 hours he was there and we had a deal worked out. His rates were very reasonable and he got the job done before the new tenants moved in, which by the way was a very short time frame.
