I'm not a fan of the dentist but whenever I'm in Dr. Hackley's office it's like visiting family.
As always, my visit for my six month cleaning was excellent. The service is fast, courteous, and accurate. From checking in at reception to scheduling appointments with Shameen (sp)and billing requests from Rhonda, the experience is smooth and seamless. Unless I move out of the state, I will continue to patronize this establishment. Thank you for always providing a wonderful dental experience.
The staff is always pleasant. I have always had a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hackley to anyone needing a great dentist! They will always make the time to answer your questions. Thanks everyone!
My recent visit at the dentist was exceptional. I admire the staff for their courtesy and their professionalism. The technician was patient in demonstrating to me the appropriate to better care for my teeth. It is always a pleasure to go back to Rochelle Hackley DDS.
Staff utilizes outstanding expertise, skill, and delivery system; Office is very customer focused.
The overall experience was great, I got seen overtime. I got my teeth cleaned and sealants put on all within a hour. The staff is great as well.
I have been a patient for over 10 years. I started with Dr. Hackley when her name was given to me as a "gentle dentist." I had been severly traumatized by a string of bad dental experiences and even had a hard time sitting down in the chair. Dr. Hackley and her staff are truly # 1! They are always very courteous, knowledgable, and actually fun to be around during my visits. The extended office hours are very convenient for those, like me, who work until 5p or later. I chose my new insurance plan partially based on whether or not Dr. Hackley was in their network. Kudos to her and her team, and I will most definitely keep going back.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Hackley and her staff. What a great group. I had two cavities, a deep scaling and a temporary crown made. For some reason, my shots weren't taking and every time I winced, Dr. Hackley was ready with more. While it probably expanded my appointment time by two hours, she and her staff stuck with me until it was all done. Can't tell you how many other dentists have said, "Hang in there -- it's just another minute," while they proceeded to drill and ignore my curling toes. Thanks Dr. Hackley!
