I have received nothing but excellent care from the entire staff at Rochester Dental - front desk, support staff and Dr Matt! Recently I fell, literally landing on my face - I was able to get in immediately and the work done on the fractured tooth was 100% amazing. Dr Matt scheduled me in on a weekend - can I say more? The staff remembers your name and are all very empathetic - a trait not very prevalent these days. They took me in the same day, I needed to be seen & explained my options to me after they saw me; then they took care of my problem right there and then. They did a good job with that& then gave me an appointment for my crown to accommodate my time constraints.

Great service from the front desk on to Dr Tate and Dr Merfeld. And Gretchen is so positive and efficient as my dental hygenist!
I absolutely love Gretchen Taubel who does my teeth cleaning. She is so friendly, caring and has gave me so many good tips on maintaining my teeth and gums. I used to hate getting my teeth cleaned but she is so gentle I would recommend her to anyone!
