Good doctors but the Hospital pricing policy is unreal. For a standard teeth cleaning for my cat, they asked me $1000.00. Also, they charge you for prescriptions twice the price of the same prescfiptions on line.
When my cat passed away, I called to let them know so they could update their system. 2 weeks later I get an email that my cat is overdue for his annual visit. I am disappointed that no one could take the time to think about how hurtful this was to see. Please revisit your processes in the office for when anper does. No one wants to receive email reminders about a pet that is gone 😢
