Was very happy with our visit to RVH. When we got there Rosie was 7 weeks old and for her protection we were put in exam rm right away. A tech came in and explained everything. The doctor came in and checked her from head to toe. Doctor and tech answer all questions. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Rochester Vetinary Hospital.
Excellent care given to our collie who tore his dew claw. They fit us in right away and were so kind and professional. Highly recommend them for your pet.
Dr. Totin is absolutely amazing. She cares for our pet and us like we are her family. She's thorough in her care, she's kind and compassionate. She follows up on care being managed by other providers and seems to truly care about my pets and us. I am so glad we found her and would highly recommend her. Additionally, the front desk staff is so nice and helpful. I actually recommend the whole practice 😊
The staff is great, the facility is clean and orderly, and the Paw Plan is affordable and covers most medical services for my dog. 10/10 would recommend!
Excellent service....everyone is so nice and kind. Very helpful. Answer all questions you may have, also follow ups to see how your pet is doing. To answer any additional question or concerns you may have. To a sure you that they are there to help anytime.
