The first time I went in (for this experience) I saw Dr. Sidd. This was just a normal cleaning. He told me I needed a crown and if I didnt get the crown, I would need a root canal. So, second appt, I go in for the crown impression and for him to drill away at my tooth. I didnt think anything of it at that time. Three days later my tooth and jaw are still killing me. Dr. Hixon was terrible, to say the least. If I emphasized the horror my daughter and I went through, you’d never go to the dentist again. My teen has never been scared of the dentist— until now. It was so bad our ortho called us after hours to check on us. . The dentist and office did not. I can’t explain the amount of shock I experienced & to think of what would have happened to my daughter had I not been in that room with her is absolutely terrifying.
